11) In summer: when supply air temperatue ≤ 17℃，the spring moves out
with the shrinkage of temperature sensitive device, and the thrust of the
supply air will push the blades to the summer condition
12) In winter: when supply air temperatue ≥ 27℃，the spring shrinks
with the full movement of temperature sensitive device, and that will push
the blades to winter condition
13) For fresh air: when supply air temperatue is about 22℃，the spring starts
to shrink with the small movement of temperature sensitive device, and
with the thrust of the supply air will push the blades to the summer
condition
