This plant adopts low pressure processing, cryogenic technique and rectifying to gain pure liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon from air. That is to use the theory of turbo-expander chilling cycling to liquefy air. According to different boiling point of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen, re-distilling in the dephlegmation tower, gain oxygen of 99.6% purity and 99.9% purity of nitrogen or above. According to the need, changing the operation can gain part liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen or medical oxygen.
